The Oban Chocolate Company was opened in December 2003 by Stewart and Helen, two young Scots from Oban who got the idea while traveling in Australia. They now have 5 employees and an extensive range of chocolates, with new flavours being added regularly.
Viewing windows enable you to watch the production of chocolate, which takes place most days in the late morning.
You can of course buy their prodcuts in their shop, and sit in their brand new cafe sipping some organic coffe, munching cakes or dipping in a chocolate fondue whilst watching the ferries in the harbour.
Enjoy!
