Aurelia and Mike are constantly travelling around Scotland to research routes for new tours, visit accommodation, assess tourist attractions and sample restaurants.
Often this research involves eating in some very nice restaurants or spending an evening with a glass of whisky beside an open fire in a remote pub in the Scottish Highlands. It's a tough task, but it's this dedication to the job that makes Secret Scotland guides so much better than the rest!
