Secret Scotland guides are updated every 12 months. Requests for replacement guides will only be honoured if the request is made within 12 months of the date of purchase. The invoice number must be quoted when requesting a replacement guide.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we attempt to ensure that the information available on the website and in our products is accurate, we cannot guarantee that it will always be fault free. We endeavour to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable. We do not accept liability for any such errors and omissions.

7. Modification of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions of use at any time without cause, such changes shall become effective as soon as they are on the Administrators website and by continuing to use the Administrators website following such changes you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.

10. Refunds & Complaints Procedure

If you are not fully satisfied with the Product you must notify Secret Scotland by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 days of purchase.  We will do what we can to resolve your complaint and will give full refunds if your complaint cannot be resolved. Secret Scotland regret that we cannot accept any liability if you fail to notify us of the complaint within 7 days from the date of purchase.

11. Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service will be governed by Scottish law and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. For the avoidance of doubt this applies to the Privacy Statement.
